Venta Living Limited was established in 2023 as a specialist lettings service by Winchester City Council to provide more choice of new homes for private renters.

Our aim is to provide:

The first homes that Venta Living Limited are offering will be at Foxglove House, an exciting new development in Winnall, within 1 mile of the historic Winchester City centre.
